Hydraulic Cylinder Repair

Our Cylinder Department has the ability to repair most makes and sizes of cylinders.  Our technicians will dismantle, diagnose, and provide our customers with a written report of our findings for all cylinder dimensions and specifications. Once given the go ahead to proceed with repairs, we will provide the following services as needed: 
 
             * Clean and hone the barrel
             * Machine, repair, or remanufacture barrel, 
                rod, gland, and piston 
             * Polish or strip and re-chrome the rod
             * Install OEM equivalent seal kits
             * Reassemble and test the assembly
             * Clean and paint the finished product

Hard Chrome Plating

Our Hard Chrome Plating Department provides precise repair, cylindrical and surface grinding, followed by precision hard chrome resurfacing.

General Machining/Welding/Fabrication

Our extensive and versatile machine shop, along with the combined experience of our tradesmen are capable of meeting most machining, welding, or fabrication needs of our valued customers.
